We just received these beautiful images from a wedding we worked on this past April. The bride and groom- Julia and Andrew- wanted a classic and elegant look. We used pretty mercury glass vases and candleholders and just about every gorgeous flower that Spring has to offer. Bouquets and arrangements featured with sweet pea, ranunculus, anemone, andromeda and hellebores.
We also constructed a dreamy, airy chuppah of fabric and white cherry blossoms. I love the contrast this creates against the colorful, very textured backdrop at Angel Orensanz. Sadly, we had to break down the chuppah right after ceremony- to make room for the band. But the background of cherry blossoms were arranged in low vases; these were used to decorate the stage for the whole evening, along with the hurricanes.
